.I placed two separate orders from JD Fresh: one for a 5-layer almirah organizer and another for a 1-layer almirah organizer. However, instead of sending the two products separately, they combined the orders and sent me a 6-layer organizer, which was not what I ordered.
I contacted their support team multiple times. They initially responded, but despite acknowledging the issue, they have still not rectified their mistake. Now, I am not receiving any response at all.
The products themselves seem good, but the customer support and after-sales service are extremely disappointing, especially when the mistake is from their side.
If you are planning to buy from JD Fresh, please be careful and double-check your order. Good products, but very poor support when something goes wrong.
